PROVIDER A

Lab IdP A

SSO endpoint: /idp/a/sso

PROVIDER B

Lab IdP B

A second trust configuration and credential store, running on the same lab implementation.

SSO endpoint: /idp/b/sso

Start your sign-in in Control Hub.

  1. Import your Webex SP metadata into each provider through administration.
  2. Import each provider's metadata into the corresponding Control Hub IdP.
  3. Select Test SSO setup in Control Hub and authenticate using that provider's lab credentials.

This service accepts signed, SP-initiated requests. It does not provide a standalone “log in as anyone” button.

A lab, not an enterprise identity provider.

Both providers use the same software and Cloudflare deployment. This is not vendor diversity or automatic failover. No user provisioning, MFA, or single logout is implemented. Do not connect a production organization or reuse workplace passwords.

Successful local protocol tests do not prove Webex acceptance. Confirm both providers in Control Hub before changing any SSO routing, and keep your current administrator session open.
